Returns & Exchanges

At Tinye Swimwear, we want you to feel confident in your suit, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in original condition with hygiene liners intact. Please note that for health and safety reasons, any swimwear returned without the protective seal or showing signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn swimwear with all original tags and hygiene stickers attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure envelope.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
